The athlete checks in
Five questions — sleep quality, sleep hours, energy, mood, stress — then tap any body zone that is sore and rate it. Sixty seconds, on their own phone, before school.
They log the session
After training, one number: how hard did that feel, one to ten. Multiplied by the minutes, that is the session load. Runners add their kilometres; bowlers add their overs.
The engine scores it
Every answer is compared to that athlete’s own rolling 30-day baseline, not a textbook average. Load rolls into a 7-day acute figure against a 28-day chronic average. Repeated soreness in one zone raises a flag on its own.
The coach reads the board
One screen, sorted by who needs attention: rest, modify, or good to go. Flags surface what the athlete reported quietly. Nothing to interpret — it already reads like a decision.
The coach acts
Acknowledge the flag, log it as an injury, or write a note. The moment the coach acts, the parent gets a push. Nothing sits unseen.

You are not a spectator in this.
Nothing about your child is active until you say so. You give consent, you set your own password, and you get your own account — not a login shared with a coach or with your child.
From there you see what the coaches see about your child: readiness, wellbeing, load, fuelling guidance, and a push notification the moment a coach acts on something they reported. You can leave whenever you like, and take the data with you.

How long does the athlete actually spend on this?
About sixty seconds in the morning and five seconds after a session. If it took longer, fifteen-year-olds would stop doing it, and a monitoring system nobody feeds is worthless.
Do we need GPS units or heart-rate straps?
No. The platform runs on session-RPE and a daily wellness check-in, both of which are validated in published sport science and need nothing but a phone. In team-sport research, session-RPE tracks very strongly against GPS distance and PlayerLoad. If your school already owns GPS or heart-rate hardware, that data can be layered on top as enrichment.
Can it predict injuries?
No, and anyone who tells you their system can is overselling. The acute:chronic workload ratio is useful for spotting load spikes but its predictive claims have been seriously challenged in the literature. We treat it as a spike detector that starts a conversation between a coach and an athlete — which is where the value actually is.
Who can see my child’s data?
Only that child, the coaches of the teams they are actually in, their school’s staff, and their own parent or guardian. Coaches cannot see other schools. Schools cannot see each other. It is enforced at the database level, not by a setting someone can flip.
What happens when they change sport in a new season?
Nothing breaks. A body does not reset in April. Their record follows them across every code they play, so a coach in one season can see the load they carried in the last.
What about concussion?
Schools get a concussion log with a graduated return-to-play pathway, where clearance is gated behind a clinician rather than a coach or a parent.
