Do we need wearables or GPS units?
No. botthms.Ready runs entirely on a daily check-in and session-RPE training load, which is validated sport science and needs nothing but a phone. If your school already has GPS or heart-rate data, we can bring it in as an enrichment layer — but nothing depends on it.
What does the Individual plan actually include?
Everything the platform measures, for one athlete: the daily readiness check-in and wellness index, the 38-zone body map with soreness history, training load with ACWR, monotony and strain, and a parent view. It works across every sport they play in a season.
How does school pricing work?
Schools are licensed per year rather than per athlete, covering every code and every age group, with one athlete record that follows the child across seasons. Is our children's data safe and POPIA compliant?
Yes. Consent is captured from a parent or guardian before any athlete account is active, every person sets their own password, and data is visible only to that athlete, their own coaches and their own parents. Schools act as the responsible party and botthms.Ready as the operator under POPIA.
